What is Avandamet 4mg/1000mg?
Avandamet 4mg/1000mg is an oral antidiabetic drug (OAD) that is made of a combination of two ingredients: 4mg of rosiglitazone maleate and 1000mg of metformin hydrochloride. As well, metformin works by increasing insulin-mediated cellular uptake and utilization of glucose.
